The app "20 Questions on Acne in 2020" does not track you or your usage and does not ask for any information from you. The app does not include analytics software, social media SDKs, or advertising. The app's functionality has no need for your location, your contacts, your photos, your text messages, or for anything else from you, and so does not ask you for anything.
